Our workshops and specials

We offer different types of workshops:
basic (introductory), advanced, lifestyle, private and even special events.

Introductory course

  • A two hour introductory lesson that teaches you the basic principles
  • 4-5 follow-up lessons

Satsang

(2 hours of theory)

A gathering where a teacher will explore and discuss a certain topic. Examples:

  • Lovingkindness during running
  • The importance of breathing
  • Energetic centre/Softness

Vitality coaching

(number of consults t.b.d.)

You will be coached in changing your lifestyle: loosing weight, sleep better and/or special health challenges.

Workshop

(3 hours practicle training)

Three hours of extended practical training in yoga, meditation and/or running.

Private training

(number of sessions t.b.d.)

A 1-on-1 lesson that focusses on running, yoga, meditation and/or lifestyle.

Special events

(1 day)

The Stillpoint Movement will guide you during special trainings such as Nightruns, Barefoot running, Midsummer Runs or Trail Runs (along forrestry paths).
