What we do
Learn how to run without injuries? The Stillpoint Movement combines yoga, meditation and running. It enables you to keep on running for years to come without physical strains. The workouts focus on your breathing, running pace, nutrition/fat burning and stress release. Your vitality will increase and you’ll enjoy running much more. The combination of techniques will make body and mind cooperate and reinforce one another.

The Stillpoint is a moment of rest in which body and mind come to a halt in between two movements. The resting point from where every moment begins and ends, both mentally and physically. The Stillpoint Movement uses that resting point to achieve optimal results.
Principles
What are the similarities between running, yoga and meditation? Do they rule each other out, because one focuses on the body and the other on the mind? Most certainly not. The Stillpoint Movement believes that running, yoga and meditation enforce one another when applied simultaneously.
• No injuries
• Loose weight
• Reduce stress
• Easy Running with a smile
• Sleep better
• Fit and flexible in body/mind
From Marathon to Nibbana
When we talk about our goals in life, runners will often say: "I'd like to run a marathon" while those who meditate will try to realise Nibanna. How can you reach these points on the horizon? It’s all about getting there. Once there, be there.
Testimonials
Do you think running is dull and not your thing? Not when Marco teaches you!
This innovative combo of running-yoga-meditation makes warming up relaxing, makes stretching come easy and makes running light and energy-efficient. After a 20 year sabatical, I reached a nice starting pace amazingly quickly and free of injury. I’m impressed, thnx Macro!

Marco has taught me to listen to my own rhythm and keep my body at peace while running. I broke my habit of moving counter-productively during running. And now I can even make conversation during my run. It feels wholesome.

Marco makes you reach your goal (losing weight, gaining vitality, learning how to run) by exercising without focusing solely on the goal itself. And yet you’ll reach it! How so? I don’t know, but it just happens!
